Shipping, Returns & Trade Terms

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Ciaobrow consumables and tools are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days of a verified trade order.

• UK mainland: 3–5 working days from dispatch
• Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: 5–7 working days from dispatch
• Large or multi-item trade orders may be split into more than one delivery
• A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse

Furniture is made to order: please allow 6–12 weeks from order to delivery, as each piece is made specifically for you rather than held in stock. Every piece is made using the same leather, in the same colour and material, so what you order is exactly what you'll receive. Our product photos are computer-generated, so colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person.

UK delivery for furniture is free, whether you're ordering one piece or several — there's no delivery charge added at checkout. This applies to all UK mainland, Highlands & Islands addresses alike.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be genuinely happy with every order. Because many of our products are professional treatment consumables, our returns policy is split by product type:

• Tools & equipment: unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange
• Consumables: for hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged
• Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
• Furniture: as every piece is made to order specifically for you, furniture orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in the case of a fault or damage on arrival

Blush & Brass is the official UK distributor of Ciaobrow. Every product we sell is genuine, authorised stock, sourced directly and never grey-market or reboxed.

Trade pricing and checkout access are reserved for trained or currently training brow and lash professionals. We verify each trade account application before granting access, and we reserve the right to decline or suspend accounts where qualification cannot be confirmed.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process your order, verify your trade account, and keep you updated on your delivery, offers and product launches. We never sell your details to third parties. You can ask us to update or remove your information at any time by getting in touch directly.
